How to order fasting food: People who are fasting can also pre-order food during their journey on the train through e-catering and Food on Track mobile app. You can order fast food. IRCTC has said in its statement that Navratri food will be provided through select restaurants at select stations of the railway.
According to the railway statement, to take this service, passengers have to book food with a valid PNR number at least two hours before the scheduled time of their journey. Passengers can pay at their convenience before or after receiving the order.
The stations where Navratri food will be available include Kanpur Central, Jabalpur, Ratlam, Jaipur, Bina, Patna, Rajendra Nagar, Hazrat Nizamuddin, Ambala Cantt, Jhansi, Aurangabad, Akola, Itarsi, Vasai Road, Vapi, Kalyan, Borivali, Durg, Daund , Gwalior, Mathura, Nagpur, Bhopal, Ujjain and Ahmednagar.
