Khaali Peeli film starts since 2007, the story start from their childhood where Blackie left his father ( Anup Soni ) and came to bombay to his father old time friend Yusuf Chikna where blackie meet pooja who lives in prostitute society. Blackie gets attracted towards pooja and spents couple of hours with her. When Choksi Seth ( Swanand Kirkire ) saw pooja and tells Yusuf Chikna that he wants pooja when she became young and Choksi Seth gave lots of money to Yusuf Chikna for Pooja. But Yusuf Chikna saw Blackie and Pooja together in threatre and threats blackie that if he again come to meet pooja, he will kill her.
